This birdhouse is 8inch in diameter and is easily installed on pole or tree with one wood screw. Designed to be completely functional as a safe nesting place. The entrance hole is 1 1/2 inch in diameter to allow access by only smaller songbirds. The hole is located 6 inch above the nesting floor to prevent fledgelings from falling from the nest. A clean-out door and drain hole are located on the bottom. A driver head is located over the hole to provide protection from rain & sun. Hand cast from polyresin and finished with a long lasting acylic latex paint.
